The 90-Day Intensive is anchored in Joseph’s experiences and methods as a uniquely successful fitness and holistic transformation coach for 20 years, paired with the scientific background of researcher and breathwork expert Dr. Richard Blake. Joseph and Dr. Richard’s programs have supported thousands in achieving their goals and uncovering a deeper life’s purpose.

    Joseph Anew is an international speaker, fitness expert and lifestyle coach. During his eight years as Head of Sport and Training at Spartan Race, Joseph worked full-time with professional endurance athletes and taught seminars all over the world. From there, Joseph went on to found RUNGA, creating the experience he himself needed to recharge and refuel.

    After a traumatic brain injury, Joseph dedicated his life to finding health again, stopping at nothing to regain his potential. Today, this experience shapes him as a coach and educator, and fuels his purpose for bringing together teachers, modalities and therapies for the highest possible impact at RUNGA. Joseph believes that vibrant health is possible for everyone, and he embodies that truth in his own story of overcoming significant adversity.

    Dr. Richard L. Blake, PhD in Psychology, is a certified expert in breathwork, functional breathing, nutrition, and CrossFit. He also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychotherapy.

    As a former Men’s Health Magazine fitness model, Dr. Blake owned the No.1 CrossFit gym in Orange County, California, blending his fitness expertise with his passion for mental well-being. Known as “The Breath Geek,” he bridges science and holistic practices to deliver evidence-based insights into transformative healing methods.

    For his doctoral research, Dr. Blake conducted the largest-ever randomized control trial on Conscious Connected Breathwork, demonstrating its profound impact on reducing anxiety and enhancing overall mental health. Dr. Blake is dedicated to advancing mental and physical healthcare through holistic approaches, including psychedelic psychotherapy, nutrition, exercise, breathwork, meditation, and cutting-edge scientific innovations.
